Tarion Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on New Homes

Ontario East Home Inspections Inc. will provide you with our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of your new home.

An inspection report of any non-deliverable component or deficiencies will be generated for your home which becomes an integral part of your future home warranty.

This inspection is usually done with your builder in attendance.
